Warranty
All products sold are warranted by Hect-OR-OLLŪ LLC - only to purchasers for use in business or for resale - against defects in workmanship or materials under normal use for thirty (30) days after the date of purchase from Hect-OR-OLLŪ LLC. Any part returned to Hect-OR-OLLŪ LLC, shipping cost prepaid, which is determined to be defective in material or workmanship will be, as the exclusive remedy, repaired or replaced at the option of Hect-OR-OLLŪ LLC.
If all maintenance instructions are not performed as outlined, this limited warranty will be rendered null and void. Any liability for consequential, liquidated and incidental damage is expressly disclaimed. Hect-OR-OLLŪ LLC liability in all events is limited to and shall not exceed the purchase price paid. Title and risk of loss will pass to buyer on delivery to the common carrier.
If product is damaged in transit, recipient must file a claim with the carrier. Hect-OR-OLLŪ LLC will make a good faith effort to insure prompt correction or other adjustment with respect to any product which proves to be defective within the warranty period.
