Shipping & Returns Policy

Shipping

All products are shipped FOB from Connecticut via UPS Ground or best freight method.

Orders are processed within 48 hours of receipt and shipment occurs within 24 hours of Processing based upon product stock and availability.

Expedited services are available upon request and a quote can be obtained by calling (860) 539-2438.

We ship domestically to all zip codes within the United States. For international shipments please call our office.

We DO NOT ship to PO Boxes, APO and/or FPO addresses.

Returns

If your product is damaged upon delivery please notify us within 5 business days of receipt allowing us ample time to file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement for all parts damaged in transit.

Product returns must be received by Hect-OR-oll® in a resalable condition and determination of “resalable” is at the sole discretion of Hect-OR-oll®, LLC.

A return authorization (RA) must be secured prior to returning product to us. If product is returned without a previously approved RA the shipment will be rejected and returned to sender.

Return Refund Policy

We will give a full refund of the purchase price if you return your ordered items within 15 days in the same condition and in the same packaging as you received them in. Shipping charges are not refundable.

Returns within 30 days will result in a 30% restocking charge as long as your purchases is in the same condition and in the same packaging as you received them in. Shipping charges are not refundable.
